Aruba S.p.A., based in Italy, provides domain registration and hosting services. The data processed by Aruba are stored on servers located in Italy and, in any case, within the European Economic Area.
Wix.com Ltd., based in Israel, provides the platform used for site management (particularly order management, payments, and technical support) and for sending newsletters.
In the context of these services, personal data may be transferred outside the European Union. Such transfers occur based on the adequacy decision pursuant to Article 45 of the Regulation, which recognizes that Israel ensures an adequate level of personal data protection (https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/IT/TXT/PDF/?uri=CELEX:32011D0061).

Personal data are also processed by the Controller’s personnel, who act based on specific instructions regarding the purposes and methods of processing.

DATA SUBJECTS’ RIGHTS
