In the context of these services, personal data may be transferred outside the European Union. Such transfers occur based on the adequacy decision pursuant to Article 45 of the Regulation, which recognizes that Israel ensures an adequate level of personal data protection (https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/IT/TXT/PDF/?uri=CELEX:32011D0061).
Personal data are also processed by the Controller’s personnel, who act based on specific instructions regarding the purposes and methods of processing.
